1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Age Verification

All orders require confirmation that the recipient is 21 years of age or older. Age verification may occur at checkout and/or upon delivery, depending on the carrier and destination.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5-10 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information (if applicable).

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and selected shipping method. 

6. Shipping Restrictions

Certain states and localities have specific regulations regarding the sale and shipment of rolling papers and smoking accessories. We reserve the right to restrict or decline shipment to any address where local law prohibits the sale of our products.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Kiki Rituals is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged by the shipping carrier once the package has left our facility. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@kikirituals.com within 5-10 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you. 

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Kiki Rituals is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional fees may apply to reship a returned or misdelivered package.
