We want you to be happy with your purchase from Kiki Rituals. Please review our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns only under the following conditions: The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return: Opened or used products
Sale or clearance items (unless defective) Gift cards

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@kikirituals.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at contact@kikirituals.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions, including the return address and any applicable return shipping steps.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

7. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us at contact@kikirituals.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. 

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to this Refund & Return Policy.
